NO I DON'T RECOMMEND IT! (What is wrong with this app???) You just lost a customer who has used you in the past. Simple sewer line stop-up, with a clean -out in back. Your guy made us sign something that it would be a MINIMUM of over $620, with more charges to follow if it went over 2 hours. So we cancelled. We have a clean out valve/pipe. This would probably take 1/2 hour to an hour. Not paying that, ridiculous.
UPDATE: We waited for ONE AND A HALF DAYS for their guy to come out and do this song and dance. When we called LITTON Plumbing afterwards, they were here in an hour, took about an hour, and charged us $120-140.

I called them kind of last minute due to an emergency and they had someone at my house within 30 minutes — can’t beat that! Their estimate was way cheaper than anyone else I’d called, and they got straight to work without any hassle.
Chad was awesome — super friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew exactly what needed to be done (and what didn’t). They fixed my main water drain and even made sure the rest of the drains were running better than before.
I’m seriously impressed — fast, affordable, and honest service from start to finish. If you ever need plumbing help around here, these are the folks to call. ??

I had a water heater not working after moving in. They scheduled me for a Friday but worked me in earlier; on a Wednesday. The tech, Chad knew his stuff, quickly fixed it, wore boot covers to not track in dirt, and cleaned up his mess. If you need plumbing work done I recommend these people to everybody I know. Thank you Thad Elliot and your tech Chad for the good work!??
