I recently texted early in the morning in a bit of a panic because I couldn't log into anything Microsoft related on my work computer. We are a small organization and don't have an IT department. Megabytes staff came to my rescue so that no deadlines were missed. This was the second time they helped us out and we will be calling them with all of our future IT needs.

My PC stopped working. Brought to them at 8:30 am without an appointment or any previous business with them, as I found them on Google.
Within 1 hour they diagnosed my issue, gave me my options. I was worried I was going to lose all my data. I bought a new PC, they were able to clone my hard drive to the new PC. At 2pm the same day I picked up my new PC, already loaded with all my files and programs.
Here is the best part..... They charged me $99
Yep, under a hundred bucks. Amazing customer service
