I have seen some of the negative reviews about this place and I sure feel bad that they had less than favorable experiences. For me, I have found OISI to be very helpful and competent. I have been well attended throughout each visit. I also had some after hours issues and the exchange worked very well. I received prompt return calls and was brought in for a visit the very next day each time to resolve my issues. Having to go to a clinic such as this is unfortunate, to say the least, but they have treated me very well!

The doctor with whom we dealt was good and we appreciated his expertise. When we went back in 30 days for a recheck we saw his PA. My husband was told that since his age was higher than the average life span for males in the USA "anything after that was just gravy" so they probably wouldn't do much unless he was in pain as they didn't want him to live with pain. We found this attitude offensive as my husband is quite active and enjoys excellent health.

I had two total knee replacements. Both were perfect with no complications. Dr. Davis was very helpful and involved in my care before and after the surgery. His was really wonderful also.
