Doug came out today for our annual furnace inspection. He did exceptional work getting everything cleaned and tuned up, and he gave us valuable insights on equipment failures that are likely to be upcoming due to the advanced age of our unit.
Our newer furnace had stopped working in the middle of the night. I called early and they were able to come out same day and get it going again. Paid for parts and service and they will be back with the new part in just a few days. Happy with service.
