My experience with Ingalls Hospice has been so so, while being an inpatient the nursing staff was amazing. While Mother was at home when you call for a nurse it takes a while sometimes for a call back, meanwhile you're in limbo. The nurses who came out for a home visit were very knowledgeable and kind, I have no complaints with them. My complaint is with the managerial staff.

There were 2 great nurses and a few good cna's. Outside of the aforementioned, it was the most irregular, horrible hospice I've ever experienced, inpatient and out. I had my loved one transferred to Vitas, which was excellent. There are a number of excellent hospice facilities (Vitas, Seasons, Serenity), this was not one of them.

Our family cannot believe the way we were treated during the time we needed help the most. This is not the first time we needed hospice in our family. Ingalls hospice was no help at all. We felt like we were a burden on the hospice nurses. There was only one out of five we used that was very helpfull and professional. Your service will never be recommended and we strongly think you should take a long look at your service it needs a complete overhaul.
