HORRIBLE experience !! We paid in full waited months, only to find (once we started to call distributors directly- after months (and months) of excuses and lies) phill never ordered anything!!! He kept our money, creatively lied about when things were ordered, and when they will be delivered, (never ordered or delivered) and also invoiced us for items that were not even for our home! We also found he wasn't paying the subcontractors - now we have lien waiver issues!!
