I definitely recommend Longhair Computers for any computer needs! This company is very personable and you are not just a number to them!April is very knowledgeable and she was able to retrieve everything I needed from my computer that crashed. She also knew I was under a deadline and she worked hard to get my work product back to me in time for when I needed it .

We'd been buying new monitor chords because, well the geek's told us we needed to. We've been doing this for the last 3 years mind you. Finally, after being told that there actually is something wrong, inside of our computer, and it was going to cost us hundreds to fix. We chose to go elsewhere and went straight to a little shop here in our hometown of Harvard. Wouldn't you know it. They figured out the problem quickly and charged us LESS than half the price of the geek's. Now our problem is not only fixed, but our computer runs better than the day we bought it. Customer service is TOP NOTCH and their knowledge is way ahead of those other guys.... read full review
