I recently moved to Harvard and had an emergency situation with my cat. Her primary vet was 40 mins away and unable to see her quickly. I called Harvard vet and they were able to get her in, assessed, and back home within an hour of making the initial phone call. The doctor and staff were all phenomenal!
All the staff were wonderful and loved on my little girl. Dr. Costello was amazing with my miniature schnauzer. She had a tumor removed under her eye. He called me himself three times to check in, and to report no cancer! Reasonable prices. It was worth the 40 minute drive each way. Thank you so much!
A few years back our cat Lucky was very sick. I literally called every vet in the state of Wisconsin because this is where we live. However, knowing that my cat was sick and dying they ALL refused to see him. I called Harvard Vet and explained our situation and they asked us to bring him in. We drove the hour drive and learned there was nothing they could do to save lucky. You could see that the vet was clearly upset that he had to tell us this and was very patient while we discussed what to do next. Although we did not bring Lucky home with us that day.
