Just had my spring maintenance check with James. He was both professional and engaging. I highly recommend him and Absolute Comfort for your HVAC needs!
I have to say that Dave, the owner, was very professional with how he handled the entire transaction with the replacement of my HVAC system. Special mention has to go to the three young men who handled the installation. Danny Pendergraft, Jacob Williams and Jacob Gerardy. Each was exceptionally professional both with their technical skills but, equally important, with their inter-personal skills, as they kept me fully apprised of the work being done. They each deserve a 10+ rating.
I cannot say enough about the staff, Teresa (office manager) and Stephen (my technician) have been amazing. I was facing some costly problems with my air conditioning unit and they were patiently kind, followed through, and did a great job. We were able to fix the problem rather than buying an entire unit at this time, which I appreciated. When it is time to buy a unit, I will be doing it with this company. Top quality service. I will always use them!!
