I recently had Josh McDonald from the Sales & Estimating team come to my home to assess damage. From the moment he arrived, Josh treated me with kindness, courtesy, and respect. He made me feel valued and treated me like a lady - a quality that is becoming all too rare.
Josh inspected the damage and explained it in a way I could understand. Before he left, the worry and uncertainty I had been
carrying were gone because I knew my home was in capable hands. My first impression has been outstanding. If the rest of the company reflects the professionalism, expertise, and genuine care that Josh demonstrated, I believe customers will be well served.
