After 9 years since my last hair cut, I finally said "it's time". Walked in and was greeted nicely, no wait. Sat down and took out hair tie and said "this really needs something". Not sure of what I wanted, so Felicia said no worry and suggested a few styles. I liked her ideas and she went to work and WOW, MY HAIR LOOKS AMAZING. I look and felt like a new person. I highly recommend Felicia at the Harrisburg illinois location.

Very polite and able to just walk in because not always able make an appointment due to busy schedule and take my elderly mother in there and they treat her like she's a princess
