Went in for my daughter to get a trim lady was saying it was cut wrong and I agreed but she didnt do any better and it was a simple trim very disappointed wont be returning ever again!

The worker “Estrella” burned my girl's hair and pulled her hair very badly and tore out her hair when installing clip on extensions. We told her it was burning her and she said that was fine. Very bad work and abuse. She was going out a lot Smoke and they charged us $85 plus a $5 tip. It caused a lot of trauma to my daughter. She burned her skin with the Chinese iron. We told her to be more careful but she ignored us and said that was fine but she was very abrupt. She would never come to this place. I do not recommend this place especially to minors.

very bad service, the owner should hire professional people, I think she doesn't know who they hire, let's see if whoever made this cut has a cutting license, you can't see it!
