I've been coming here for years the service has been good for the most part but the pass year it's been lacking just yesterday I went in to get a chin and upper lip wax NOW i have some skin on my chin taken off.Because she ripped the wax off too fast.She proceeds to tell me, oh, you're a little sensitive here.No, I have never had any sensitivity coming from me getting a waxs.In reality, what happened was she Ripped it off too fast and instead of owning up to what she did.She says your a little sensitive no that's not it, I think it's time to find a different place to get my service from its been to many things happen in the pass year with this place time to move on .
