If I could leave a zero star review. Made the appointment last night got here on time checked in and then 15 minutes after my appointment should have been held they call me on my phone not come out and talk to me to tell me they can't help me.

I went in for a rash on my side. I was told it was “probably from moisture” and was advised to use calamine lotion & was sent home. I saw my PCP today (3 days later) because it has worsened. 5 seconds into my exam I was told it’s SHINGLES. My PCP said I missed the early treatment window as it’s now spread further across my back. I could have prevented the extended discomfort if the physician here at Walgreens knew what shingles looked like. I will not be returning.

PCP couldnt get us in so my husband went in for possible sinus infection or ear infection and was sent away with over the counter meds. Had to go to the ER the following morning for ruptured eardrum due to an ear infection that was obviously overlooked and untreated. Has to follow up with ENT now too. Would not recommend.
