American Pest (Todd) has been servicing our account since we purchased our home. The rep’s excellent customer service has entailed a good understanding of the process, what to look for during the season’s, about chemicals usage since we have animal’s, issues he saw during the visit, a quick process (in and out), a schedule to work around our schedule, and any other items needing attention. Keith is always efficient and thorough---asking if there have been any "issues" since his previous visit. He even tries to accommodate my work schedule when setting up appointments.
