This place has what you need for the money people! And I base this on my experiences with the flashy competitor located on Washington and Hunt Club rd. Tsunami staff were very helpful in setting up my club membership. Some of the review bombs on here are just full of baloney.
I really appreciate the ease of using this carwash. It offers automated and human cashiers. I like that I am able to ask questions about services, costs, bonus washes, how it works, etc. The customer service reps understand me and speak English. Unfortunately, I am not bilingual and it is important to me to be understood. Nice perk. Good wash. Nice repeat wash packages and rain checks. Affordable.
After purchasing the pricier car wash service, I was left feeling quite dissatisfied. The wash process was surprisingly quick and failed to remove any of the bug marks on the windshield. I don't believe this car wash is a good choice for thorough cleaning. Nonetheless, I was pleased with the complimentary vacuum service. Additionally, they provide an air hose for blowing out debris, which was a nice touch.
