I truly was appreciative of the process. It was stress-free and the workers did the work efficiently. A really good company if you need work done. You won't regret that you called.
I have to say this is probably the best service I have ever experienced. Our furnace was failing, and Mr. Clarence came out within an hour where other companies said they weren't available for a week or you have to pay for emergency after hours rates. Not only did Mr. Clarence try to fix out furnace while here, he was a complete professional and gentleman. The temperature outside was freezing and he did everything possible to help us out. Unlike other companies that would have said replace the whole furnace, he only focused on what needed to be fixed and at very reasonable costs. I had a very positive experience with triple tech. Their technicians were professional and responsive to all questions asked. I was also pleasantly surprised by prices of their services. They fixed my furnance and water heater. I have had no more problems since their visit.
