I’ve had bad experiences with massages but a co-worker referred me. I was skeptical at first but she continued to tell me she is a regular so I thought why not. It was very relaxing Sarah was so genuine and sweet! I had to leave a tip, I will be returning!

I no longer live close to SMB, if I did I would go with no reservations. I was fortunate to have the same therapist each time and I miss seeing her. After the second visit she knew just where, how to manipulate me to the greatest advantage. I am thankful for her kindness and passion for her craft. Just finished building for block pillars and could really use her touch on my back and shoulders.

Woke up with severe neck pains last weekend. I wanted to get the pain massaged away asap so I called around but no luck until Soul Mind Bodywork made time to help me out. Finding the location was a little confusing due to the huge lawn infront of the building but eventually did. The rooms were lowly lit and soft music playing in the background. My massage session started but it was to painful to get a full session in so my massage therapist didn't even charge me. She helped loosen up my back and shoulders, streched out my neck, and gave me some recommendations to relieve the pain.
