I usually go here, but got a new lady. My eyebrows were perfect before just needed to be cleaned up a little. I requested to get threaded and got my eyebrows reshaped and they are not even at all. It's not even fixable because they don't even start in the same place as one is way higher than the other. I pointed out that they aren't the same and she said they look the same to her when clearly aren't but still tried to take more hair off to make them even.
last chair on the right closest to the register. watched her come out of the back put her food down go back for another bite then proceed to walk towards me licking her fingers. asked her to wash her hands politely. she laughed and rolled her eyes and proceeded to use hand sanitizer. disgusting.
No complaints! They are professional and efficient. Booths are kept neat and clean. I’ve come back here a couple of times and have had no issues. It does depend on who you get I guess, but I haven’t developed a loyalty to any particular staff member as all of them are good
