Pushy sales team, terrible installation. We were told they didn’t use subcontractors and yet subcontractors showed up in a U-Haul and we’re very unprofessional when speaking to me and my wife. We are very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this company.
Do not trust this company or anything their sales team says. We were told we would have employees that only do windows and doors all year long and instead subcontractors showed up to our house in a U-Haul. We were told by the sales team that we could put our storm doors back on after installation, and I asked the installers to make sure that this could be done and the storm doors do not fit after installation. All of the aluminum trim installed is scratched. My dad was a window installer for over 15 years and I know that this type of service is absolutely unacceptable. Everything with power has been super smooth and easy to work with period we really enjoyed the salesperson's demonstration. We thought that the quality of the product was extremely high period we had been looking into getting new windows did not think we would get them this. Soon but power made it very easy period plus their financing plan made it affordable period we're very happy to recommend power to our friends and family members. We're very excited to continue to work with them.
