Took my Galaxy S22+ in because it wasn’t charging anymore. They told me they would need to replace the chip that contains the charging port, SIM card, and microphone. I was able to bring it in the next morning and had it back in perfect working order in less than 2 hours. Also gave me a great deal on an otter case so I hopefully don’t run into moisture issues again.
I just spoke with someone working here. Although I didn't end up having work done, I was impressed that he was honest with me. He pointed out that it might not be worth trying to pay to fix some old things I have, since the cost might outweigh a new and similar item. Again, although I didn't have work done, I feel like that shows integrity... Because he wasn't just trying to get a sale or something. I think you can probably trust a man who is honest like this.
Went in to get my 2021 apple macbook screen repaired. The owner told me that although they could get it fixed it would be quicker and cheaper to get it fixed at an apple store. I appreciate that kind of honesty and am leaving a five star review for their quality customer service.
