I was very pleased with the service I received. I had an appointment for a pedicure and my person called off sick. They were able to service me. I think her name was Lauren had some extra time on her books and she did my pedicure. She did an excellent job and I was so happy that I got my pedicure. I have been going to Octagon for many years and have never been disappointed. The receptionist was very nice. They both were very accommodating and caring.

I had my very first facial with Kiara. I wasn’t really sure what to expect or even if a facial was worth the money. Since I got a gift certificate I thought I would give it a try.I must say I was very impressed. Kiara was very professional, Knowledgeable, and totally honest about what I could expect to achieve with the facial. She was not pushy or arrogant. She did not try to force me to buy products I did not need. I truly was impressed with her.The next day I woke up, and my skin looked amazing! She really did a fantastic job! A wonderful experience with a talented stylist…this sums up my first visit to ‘Octagon!’ Theresa gave me a beautiful short haircut recently and made me feel pampered and comfortable, even though I was a bit apprehensive about having my long hair chopped off. ?
