I have 2 Marantec garage door openers. We recently had a thunderstorm and one of my garage door openers stopped working. I called Marantec customer service 5-6 times and they have been exceptionally amazing with diagnosing the issue, ordering parts, sending videos, etc. All of the 3 individuals are knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. I highly recommend Marantec and their over and beyond customer care.
I had an opportunity to speak to Evan from customer support about the Marantec RDD 45 model. With his expertise on jackshaft motors, he was able to provide highly informative guidance and also provide multiple solution that tailored to my situation. Living in the Bay Area, space constraints and limited clearance in older homes are common challenges for us. I really appreciate Evan A. for his professionalism, technical knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills!
