I needed a watch cleaned and reset for my father, but it turned out to be out of warranty. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, respectful and helped me with a more cost effective solution. I will be back for my own watch purchases in the future.
Joseph was one of a kind , he really out shined the rest of the diamond makers , you could call him a diamond in the rough. Lil Joe his son was also very polite as he told me my chain was too big for my neck. He had a bright smile , I personally think all the haters are just haters man. Iris Jewelry is the top shop in the ChiTown.
Iris was a very beautiful store to shop ar and I’ve have had the beautifully,amazing,kind relationship with the youngest son of the owner store. They are very polite and know what’s in style and what you’re style is i recommend shopping here for all jewelry.
