I was walking with my grandma when they started attacking us with their eye cream. The lady pushed us so hard that we had to spend 150$ for a cream that is worth less than 30 online. Very sketchy sale, don’t be fooled because their sales are final and have no return policy. The cream they tested on my grandmother only lasted for a couple of minutes and the results or only for a bit so they can fool you into thinking it’s such an amazing product. Additionally, me and my grandma went back the same day to ask why the cream stopped working, they denied and immediately gave us a voucher for a free appointment to shut us up. My mom booked an appointment for this place on a website titled No Needle Needed with 5 stars which frankly is already suspicious since the company name doesn’t match. She arrived and discovered the place was called Esthetix and was immediately confused. From entering and being greeted she was immediately pressured to purchase “effective” but very EXPENSIVE products.

Not a pleasant experience. Don’t go near this place. They will pressure you to buy something, to the point where they encircle you until you buy a product from them. If you say no, they are very rude afterwards.
