Dr. Gerald D. Mackey, DDS and Dr. David Neumann, DMD

My children started going to Dr. Mackey's office several years before me, this was probably around 2005, if not sooner. I hadn't started going to Mackey's office until a few years afterwards(my previous dentist was close to my workplace and simply put, was a convenient drive). One thing about kids and dental offices, they will let you know if they don't like their dentist. Never, not once, have my children ever complained about Mackey's office. This compelled me to switch to Dr. Mackey, a great decision indeed and will be a lifelong journey for me. Doctor Neumann and his entire staff made me feel comfortable and walked me through everything I needed to have done. From the front desk to Doctor Neumann and the assistants they were all kind and professional. Kim the hygienist is excellent. I recommend this practice highly.

I had another very favorable experience during my semi annual visit with Mackey and Neuman DDS. The process of cleaning and polishing my teeth was very though and Efficient. The feed back regarding what I needed to do to improve my dental hygeine was very helpful. The staff at the front desk was very efficient and helpful with processing my insurance payment and scheduling my next appointment. I switched to Mackey and Neuman about 4 years ago and have been extremely happy with my experiences!!!!
