I met Louis two years ago while my team was flipping a house around the corner from his house. I walked up and introduced myself, and he gave me the full history of the property — including a downstairs drain that had been backing up for years, which the previous occupant never had rodded out despite him recommending it. He went down and looked at it himself, told me plainly what it needed, and referred me to a plumbing crew who rodded and scoped the line for a very fair price. He never charged me a cent for any of it. He was just being a good neighbor, and he clearly knows his trade. If you need a handyman in the Gurnee area, Louis is the guy.

Called first thing Monday morning. He was very responsive and came right over. He determined the problem immediately and proceeded to make the appropriate repairs. Just over an hour, start to finish. I’m very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend.
