Google search brought me to this location! As I just called about a few minutes ago to get a price quote on a facial extraction for a POC. The RECEPTIONIST answering the phone proceeded she would connect me to someone who would be able to give me an estimate pricing... Great! After waiting on hold for about 8 minutes, she's re-answers the phone to inform me that the other department is not responding at the moment! She then proceeded to inform me she will connect me to the "billing department" to get the answers I needed. Another 2 minutes go by, then a gentleman introduces himself.. I proceed to re-explain my current inquiry! He tells me that he has no knowledge of the service pricing I am requesting! "WOW.. okay." He then tells me he will transfer me YET AGAIN, to the "financing department" to get help with my inquiry. Another woman has now introduced herself, and I then tell her my inquiry request yet again! She does a search for me and tells me that the service I am requesting cannot be located in their system and only to find out that I was also transferred to a "Wisconsin" department. I give her the doctor's name of interest, while she tells me she will put me on another brief hold to find the direct office of said Dr. ( in Gurnee ) As she tells me she will contact them, she re-answers the phone to inform me that the service ISN'T EVEN offered by the requested doctor as google stated! So.. why didn't the receptionist just say that in the first place, rather than playing phone tag increasing my already "frantic" anxiety about finding the right Dr. SMH

Took my son here before school because he woke up unable to talk with a sore throat. Walked right in, they looked him over and told us to just have him rest. They did a strep test which was negative. So all was fine...until I got the bill. $390 for the 15 minute appointment and another $140 for lab work. The $390 for a short office visit is insane. I get it's urgent care and will cost more than a regular doctors visit - but this is off the charts.

Average care. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 45 minutes in the waiting room, then 20 to 25 minutes in the exam room.

Buyer Beware: Shady billing practices! I went to this urgent care when I was on vacation in Illinois. They accepted my insurance, which has a $35 urgent care copay. When they submitted the claim, they submitted it, not as an urgent care visit, as advertised, but as an out of network doctor's visit. Aetna has an urgent care billing code, which this facility is aware of, and they choose not to bill as advertised, causing me a significant out of pocket expense. When I called them up, they offered to send additional documentation to Aetna, which Aetna agreed to consider when re-evaluating the claim. They never sent the documentation, instead opting to send my inflated bill to collections. I'm livid. If you want my unsolicited advice, find another facility. Run far, FAR away from this shady 'urgent care'.

If you have no insurance and are a cash customer or have a high deductible health insurance policy, like I have, then you need to know that for about a 10 minute visit with the doctor from this place, you will be billed about $370.00. I regret going here. I could have gone to Walmart or Walgreen clinic for about $50.00 and gotten the same diagnosis and prescription as I got here and saved $320.00. I even asked the nice receptionist here what a visit costs, and she did not know. She told me to call their billing department and ask them. In retrospect, I should have done that, but I figured they wouldn't be open on a Saturday anyway.

The staff has been refusing to let my wife ask the doctor questions regarding her medical records for over a month. We have never been treated this poorly by any professional service in the past.

Everyone at the front was great. They helped me get through quick and easy and Jaime the medical assistant was so friendly! I met with doctor Adlerstein and it was honestly so useless. He wasn't very friendly at all and super uninformative. Instead of explaining information, he took the time to PRINT information for me to look at. Nonetheless, he prescribed me my prescription and as I was arriving to my house the office called me and told me that the doctor thought it over and decided to "hold off" ... why? Because my previous doctor didn't send over my records. Funny thing is, as he was handing me my prescription he said "we don't have your records yet" then I call and he doesn't even address the fact that he just screwed up! He comes up with excuses and cannot take responsibility for his own actions. My recommendation is to get another doctor that is willing to help, has a smile on his face, and doesn't judge. Just because you're a "doctor" doesn't mean you have the right to change your mind on YOUR decision. Please don't even spend the time to see him. You're better off self diagnosing yourself on Google. Then you'll get a $500 bill for your vitals to be checked... haha. What a joke!!!

Everyone is very nice and professional! The building is convenient with the lab right there and they also take emergency walk-ins. The location is also great because Walgreens is right next door for any prescriptions!
