In the interest of full disclosure, I attended high school with two of the four stylists employed at Reflecting Image, but that in no way biases my review. With my thick wavy hair, it's very hard to find someone who can cut it (a) correctly and (b) in any kind of style. Added in the fact that I have no patience to heat-style my hair and that I won't use product, and you're looking at a pretty large order. Basically the cut has to stand completely on its own. About a year ago, when I went in and said "I want to cut it short" my stylist (Kim) was completely up to the challenge. And with routine maintenance trims, the cut has held up 100% to summer humidity and dry winter air, and I still love it. The also offer top-of-the-line product, aesthetic facial waxing, and manis/pedis in a hip, clean environment.
