Our upstairs shower/bath was leaking through first floor ceiling. Justin responded to my call within the hour and was at our house that afternoon. Justin made effort effort to diagnose without cutting; when cutting became necessary, he was very conscientious about where and how much he cut. Justin spent a long time ruling out possible sources of the leak. After a long diagnostic process, we were 'pretty sure' we knew what the problem was. I was prepared to call it a night. But that wasn't good enough for Justin. He revisited a couple possibilities and discovered the actual issue. I really appreciated his perseverance (it was a physically demanding process) and his dedication to solving the problem.

Loved the business description and they said that they did backflow preventers and drains in their yelp description but when we called to ask about it we were told quite curtly that they do not provide those services. We asked if they could share a referral with us and we were told no and dismissed promptly. Would not recommend this business in terms of their apparent service levels based on our initial inquiry phone call.

Scammed my Grandma out of $1500 ish, said there was a lead problem in our basement and somehow managed to get insulation where the toilet flows out.
