Randy and the team gave my carpets the royal treatment just in time for the holidays. They went above and beyond!!! They took the time to explain their processes so I could make the best decision for my home. They were prompt and professional. I don't even know where to begin. Randy was on time, extremely professional, kind... but the carpet cleaning is beyond words. No kidding. We sent off six area rugs, including a priceless Persian carpet my husband brough home from the Middle East, any they absolutely look brand new. With four dogs coming and going on our farm, lots of stuff had been tracked in on these rugs... and to be honest, two of the older dogs have had an accident or two over the years. The rugs were picked up in awful condition and returned, wrapped in plastic, in better condition than when they were new. And the smell is amazing. And by smell, we mean completely deodorized. Randy's prices were incredible. Bottom line, he earned every penny and has my business forever.Will be calling to coordinate pickup and delivery of another half dozen rugs from my business in the coming days.
