I live in a ranch style home on a slab. My sewer line was in bad condition in my 72 year old home. I was getting clogs a couple of times per year. I called TCI and they ran a camera through my line and showed me the issues. I decided to let them install the CIPP to resolve my issues. The guys Norm and Jake were fabulous. I was updated on the progress of the job several times in the two days it took to complete the job. When they were done I literally couldn’t tell they had been in my house.They did a great job and cleaned up everything. They were super professional and very personable guys. I highly recommend this company if you have any plumbing issues.

We had to have a sewer line repaired to our home in Washington. The employees at TCI took care of us every step of the way. When we had a back up, we called them out to unclog the system. They did camera inspection and discovered our sewer line was orangeburg pipe and had collapsed. A nightmare scenario for us, new homeowners. They made us feel taken care of. This was a big job, a completely new sewer line from our house out to the city main line in the street. They worked with the city in order to coordinate the repair.
