TCI is awesome! We were dealing with a sewer issue that was going out of our house. I initially called another company (before I knew about TCI), and their employee came out to look at our sewer line. I explained the issue in great detail before the appointment was set to come out. The initial company came out, looked at the sewer line inside our house, and made the decision not to work on it. I was billed $155 for their time (10 minutes max). Now, I called TCI, and they came out the next morning. He took time to find the problem, locate our clean-out, fixed the issue and explained everything. Bottom line, if you have issues of any type, call TCI first. They are extremely helpful, there's no price gouging and extremely professional. Thank you again for the help!😎

If I ever have plumbing problems again I will definitely call TCI. Ryan was friendly, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend this company
We had another company come out on a Friday that ended up causing more issues than they helped with. We called TCI, and they were out on Monday and got the problem fixed!
From the beginning, TCI was professional, honest, and trustworthy. He was very open about what was going on, showed me exactly what he was seeing with his camera, and clearly explained our options without trying to pressure us into anything.
I truly appreciate the great service and honesty. I would absolutely recommend TCI to any of my friends, family, or anyone looking for a company they can trust!
