TCI is awesome! We were dealing with a sewer issue that was going out of our house. I initially called another company (before I knew about TCI), and their employee came out to look at our sewer line. I explained the issue in great detail before the appointment was set to come out. The initial company came out, looked at the sewer line inside our house, and made the decision not to work on it. I was billed $155 for their time (10 minutes max). Now, I called TCI, and they came out the next morning. He took time to find the problem, locate our clean-out, fixed the issue and explained everything. Bottom line, if you have issues of any type, call TCI first. They are extremely helpful, there's no price gouging and extremely professional. Thank you again for the help!😎
