We recently hired Riverside Restoration to replace the siding on our 2-story home and have been pleased with their work. Bailey was responsive to our questions and patient with our decision making. Our last storm claim we had was when we lived in SD and it was a nightmare, so we were worried about dealing with anyone this time around. We could not be happier with how our house looks and the entire process. Bailey Blair was our contact and he has been amazing. Every call or text he was quick to respond, even on the weekends when I didn't expect a response until Monday. Everyone was super professional and we were given advance notice of any arrivals. Bailey had shown up and was here when our insurance adjuster walked around the house. The only hiccup in the process was my insurance adjuster who ignored me for almost 3 weeks! Bailey and I were constantly in contact and as soon as insurance finalized everything Riverside was quick to get everything ordered. our has repairs were completed within 4 months of the storm, we have friends who went with different companies and haven't even gotten a date to start repairs.
