I was very pleased with my experience at Quantum Eye Care. The staff was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My wait time was minimal. I first was seen by Jennifer, who was extremely friendly and thorough. She reviewed my medical history, checked my current prescription glasses, checked my vision, eye pressures and dilated my eyes, then took me back to the waiting room. I was called back within minutes to see Dr. Killion who answered my questions and checked my eyes. I left the office feeling like I had a thorough eye exam.
No disappointing surprises. Everyone was kind and professional. I tried Quantum eyecare because other eyecare businesses didn't offer the kind of diagnostic testing I needed because of other health issues and medications I must take. Some family members use the same location in Godfrey, and I had not heard any gripes. I'm happy with my decision.
Everyone one down an amazing job. Treated me with respect and dignity. And was very courteous. And they all knew what they were doing. They knew their stuff and they were very knowledgeable. I had any questions. They answered them and explained it to me how I could understand them and they come down to my level. I like their office and I like all their employees and the doctor. I would refer them to my friends and family.
