An AMAZING experience. I would give more stars if it was possible. The professionalism of this company EXCEEDED my expectations, the crew was very polite and professional as well. My new heating and air-conditioning unit is over the top! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
Pruitt Mechanical replaced our AC. Joe Pruitt came out and explained about the different systems available and answered our questions. James, Steve, Tim and Mason worked very hard to install the system. Joe and James then explained the operation of the system and thermostat. We look forward to staying cool and comfortable, while saving money. Highly recommend Pruitt!
Pruitt services installed a new dryer vent for us. They walked us through why the current install we had was not per code, and gave us options to fix it. Always available by email/call and even came out to help us make the new piping look better to the eye. Great company, highly recommend.
