I want to do a huge shout out to KIM and everyone at Professional Hearing Associates. I am in Illinois for a couple of months from Florida. One of my Veteran issued hearing aids quit working. I didn’t want to take them to VA because turn around time is always a couple of months. My wife suggested I try a couple of other places. I went to 2 other places and couldn’t get them to even look at them. Then I went to professional hearing associates and Kim couldn’t have been more helpful. She said they would try! The Dr called the next day and said he couldn’t do the repair. He had already called the manufacturer and said they were under warranty and that he would send them in on a rush order and have them back in about a week. Received them today and couldn’t be more happy. These folks went above and beyond as far as I’m concerned. Thanks to all of you. NO CHARGE…
