Joe's Market Basket is known for its excellent customer service and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the quality of lawn products and seasonal items, like beautiful pine roping that smells like Christmas. The cheerful and down-to-earth employees assist with orders, ensuring customers get what they need, whether it's sod or other supplies. The store is clean, and the staff's courteous nature makes shopping a pleasant experience, though sometimes a little interaction can be surprising for pets. Overall, it’s a reliable place for various needs.
Clean courteous and helpful staff. One cashier came to car to talk to my cocker and Patch wasn't having anything to do with it. Scared her and me. I had windows up 3/4 of the way.
Needed compost. I had no way for it to be delivered, so I loaded the back end of the truck with meat tubs, and 18 5 gallon buckets. Instead of shoveling into the containers I asked I could line them up for the front end loader to fill. They agreed and loaded a yard in the loader and filled the tubs and buckets. Very little shoveling. They helped load me up and charged me 3/4 yard. Left overs back in pile. All happy. Friendly easy going help. Bought some plants too.
I have been a customer at market basket for 20 plus years and they have the best materials and best variety of choices in the area. Great family business and I recommend market basket to anyone that needs landscaping supplies or a beautiful t-bone.
