“I walked in and asked if they accepted walk-ins. I was told no, but the lady went and asked the owner. He came out and talked to me. He let me know they only do appointments. He pulled up his calendar and asked if I could come back at 3. Great customer service, and I look good. Don't mind the dandruff, lol.“
