I absolutely applaud the manager Nicole on her customer service skills, I had called with an issue with one of the stylists who cut my sons hair today and she got back to me same day, was so kind and understanding, I will return for HER to cut my sons hair soon.

Never had a bad experience at this location. Staff are always friendly and accommodating, and the haircut itself is always satisfactory.Remember to check-in online so you don’t have a long wait ahead of you.

I tried this place after sportclips messed up my hair the last time. I am a fan, I don't understand why Mr. Nice Guy Alexander gave this a one star cause of a mask requirement. It's not hard to wear a mask, be respectful, people, masks are the devil.
