Did my braids here. Even though the were nicely done, the pain and soreness of the sculp has been there for about 3 weeks, had to take some pain relief meds. I also do recommend the workers to undergo some customer care course because the lady who braided my hair was usually on the phone and was talking too loudly whilst doing my hair. I found it too unpleasant and disturbing.
I got my hair braided by Dee she was so professional and pleasant the music ? that Dee was playing was beautiful. My hair is so neat and cute I might say. She clipped she moose and dipped in water . I just love ❤️ my hair and have received so many compliments. Definitely will be back. Love this shop
The woman that I dealt with she wanted to reschedule and I wasn't sure that I could. I called to tell her that I was able to make it; while she said I could come and I made it with time to spare she left and didn't come back until almost 1/2 hour later.
When she started I can say that it we were in and out. The braids look very nice and professional all I will say is that if you don't say anything they will braid EVERYTHING all your baby hairs even the hair on back of your neck. They were tight and didn't loosen up til the day after and they are still pretty tight. They provide you with braiding hair which is included in the price but in limited... read full review
