Andrea is professional, knowledgeable, personable and does a great job. I visited for the first time using a Groupon but liked the experience so much that I immediately rebooked. Even on one visit, I botched not only the time but date and she worked me in so I didn't make a blank trip. There's free off street parking and it's across the street from the Glen Ellyn train station. The only obstacle for me personally is services are on the pricier side but its worth it - when in budget.

Shear Pandemonia was excellent before COVID - and it remains that way in this new world. Andrea is a remarkable professional- from cut to color, she can't be beat. She develops a relationship with her clients to assure expectations are exceeded. The shop is clean - the staff is professional. Wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars for Andrea and her team.

Very nice staff who really examines your hair and talks you through what you want done. I also liked that the products used on my hair were explained to me, but no one pressured me into buying anything.
