I called ProDry in a panic when I learned that my property had flooded during a burst pipe while I was away. They were ridiculous fast to respond, on site within 15 minutes clearing water and mitigating damage. I worked with ProDry over the course of a couple weeks on tearing everything out of the house that was damaged by water, about 70% of the interior. They were incredible to work with. Very detail-oriented. They even managed to get my kitchen countertops removed with no damage. Inessa was my point of contact through the whole process, making everything as easy as possible for me. ProDry was amazing to deal with. They came in the morning after my water heater broke and was able to efficiently and effectively sort out what can be salvaged, thrown out and was able to sanitize the area without a lot of direction. They brought their many years of experience and got their equipment setup quickly. Shout out to Inessa who was super compassionate to the situation given that it was also the week before spring break. The staff was great too, friendly and worked hard to get us peace of mind before we left for our trip. Thank you ProDry!
