had them out for an ac tune up before summer hit. tech was on time and knew what he was doing. checked the whole system, cleaned it up and topped off the coolant. answered all my questions without acting annoyed. price was reasonable and he didnt try to talk me into stuff i dont need. our house has been staying cool ever since. good honest service, thats all i really want from an hvac company.
our furnace quit on a saturday night in the middle of january and i figured we were stuck till monday. called around and ProAir was the only one that actually picked up. the tech got to us within a couple hours which i did not expect at all. he was polite, took his shoes off at the door, didnt make a mess. he found the problem pretty quick, something with the ignitor, and had the part on his truck. explained what went wrong in a way i could follow instead of just throwing numbers at me. the price was what he quoted, no surprise add ons at the end which ive dealt with before from other places in Wheaton. heat was back on before the kids went to bed. what stood out was...read full review
Called ProAir on a Tuesday morning after our AC just stopped blowing cold air overnight. The person who answered was actually helpful and got me on the schedule for that same afternoon, which I wasn't expecting. The tech showed up within the window they gave me and walked me through what he was checking as he went. Turned out it was a bad capacitor and low refrigerant, and he explained the difference between just topping it off versus finding the leak first. Ended up doing the full diagnostic and the price he quoted was what I paid, no surprise add-ons at the end.
