I had Giovanni from MKDS out for an estimate on a new air conditioner and MKDSs quote was very competitive! Highly recommend MKDS! I called another HVAC company first in Glen Ellyn and the rep who came out wasn’t knowledgeable at all, and was very sales focus. Told me I should replace my furnace when that was working fine and I called him to fix my humidifiers. Was not listening to my needs, and didn’t do any diagnostics to see if it was repairable. MKDS came in, looked and my two humidifiers and within 5 minutes told me one could be repaired and another needed to be replaced.
