I recently had a massage here, and the customer service was amazing. I’m already looking forward to coming again! Pre helped me during my visit; she was so patient and polite, always willing to assist me and able to answer every question I had. She was so sweet. This location is the best!
No refund is fine with me, it's not about the payment. My aesthetician was not welcoming, I had to pretty much pull out information from her about the different facials. She did not do a proper consultation. Ex! You don't show up at a dental consultation and the Dr starts doing dental work without examination first and explaining the options to the pt! She just started off the bat with a regular facial when that's not what I wanted and I had mentioned that at my schedule call. I wanted a deeper facial from the beginning .
