Overall experience was good , the lady worker was very respectful and accommodative of our needs. Provided a partition for privacy during hair cut. One star less from 5 is due to the commotion by the owner questioning the staff loudly if the other customers were being attended.Service: Haircut
I give Great Clips a Five star rating. Due to the fact that you can check in online, and it will automatically give you a wait time. You can show up with out an appointment. There are four chairs in the waiting area that are spaced out. Or you can simply wait in your car. The staff sanitize the area after each use. They keep a record of your hair cuts, that you get. They will let you know what you got last time and ask if that’s ok. They take their time and remember previous conversations that they had with you. And the hair cuts are simply 15 dollars. Through out the year they tend to give discounts.
2020 Pandemic/whatever-you--call-it Era haircut. Pro tip: DL the Great Clips app for ETAs, ability to schedule appointment, and countdown to your turn. I'm basic, but for some reason have a hard time finding a stylist who can do my simple cut: blunt bob (long). (My regular 2 stylists charge $60+ and are rightfully booked out.) So, I had little hope that I would have a good experience. BUT, my hair was gnarly and I was desperate. Julinda (sp? - curly blonde hair) cut off my stringy, dead ends and gave me the cut I asked for. It lays nice, and isn't getting tangled anymore. Couldn't beat $14+ tip.
