We were thrilled to have Diego and his team as our wedding florist and decorator. Everything looked amazing and exactly how I envisioned it. The floral sample appointment was perfect for giving feedback and making sure we were on the same page. We loved that they offered real flowers for the personals but used faux -- but no less beautiful -- flowers and greenery for the centerpieces and other decor. This worked perfectly for our budget and felt much less wasteful. They handled everything seamlessly on the day of the wedding, including moving our round floral arch behind the sweetheart table after the ceremony, which added a beautiful touch to the reception. We also rented a card box and added an awesome photo booth through them, which made things so much easier by having everything from a single vendor. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the stunning results and the convenience of working with such a professional, flexible team!
If you're considering working with Diego from Infinity Event Productions, let me save you the time and research—just do it! I'm writing this as the happiest bride you could ever find. Being an out-of-state bride, most of the visits and tours were handled by my mother, sister, and future mother-in-law. Everyone unanimously agrees—Diego is a dream to work with! While I was planning remotely, my mom, sister (MOH), and MIL were local. Diego not only met with them but took the time to share his ideas with the entire group, including our wedding planner. He even encouraged them to FaceTime me during the meeting. Diego personally took the phone, gave me a tour, and walked me through his vision, letting me choose my favorites from the warehouse. Diego went the extra mile by bringing in fresh eucalyptus to show exactly how it would look on the day. He also provided items we thought we’d have to buy—or hadn’t even considered—like table numbers, a card box, and votive candles. On top of that, he supplied and decorated the wooden arch I wanted, and even added uplighting for the venue! He spent FOUR hours with us that day, and his excitement and passion were palpable. Thanks to him, we were able to finalize many decisions that would have otherwise required multiple appointments. From my perspective as the bride, Diego made me feel truly heard. He brought my vision to life without pushing me towards a more traditional look. I wanted full greenery with no flowers, and Diego delivered exactly what I asked for in the most stunning way. My bridal bouquet included various types of eucalyptus, even fresh eucalyptus that smelled amazing. I also wanted twine to hold the bouquets and boutonnieres together, but there were concerns about it being uncomfortable. Diego found a twine that perfectly matched my vision and was soft enough for everyone to handle comfortably. Diego and his team went above and beyond, arriving a day early to decorate the staircase and fireplace at the venue. This freed up so much time on the wedding day itself. They created a breathtaking head table, table decorations, and greenery for the ceremony aisles. The head table was perfect for the bridesmaids to place their bouquets, completing the look and providing a convenient spot during dinner. My sister had handmade wooden welcome signs, and Diego enhanced them with greenery and added standing columns with white votive candles. As if that wasn't enough, Diego and his team provided a light-up dance floor! I was thrilled that it could mimic a starry night sky and then transition to vibrant colors once the party started. Infinity Event Productions even sent Maegen to control the dance floor, and she was amazing! I worried the multi-colored lights might be too much, but Maegen enhanced the entire experience. Her timing, color choices, and mood matching were so seamless that I thought it was automated—I had no idea she was doing it manually until someone told me!
