The cremation society were great to my family. I was unfamiliar with the cremation process, I had never had to go through it before. Thankfully, Stephanie held my hand and guided me through the process. I was able to do this for my father. I am grateful to them.

I am so very grateful to The Cremation Society of Illinois for their excellent care in receiving my sisters body and completing our prior arrangements for her burial. Both Elizabeth and Stephanie were considerate and respectful when contacting me they explained the process answered questions and concerns. Both of them have advised me along the way to their progress and when the ashes would be delivered to the cemetery. They were especially benefical in completing the death certificates and delivery needed to close my sisters estate. They have also reached out to check on my families greifing process. I am so grateful for how kind and supportive Stephanie and Elizabeth of Cremation Society of Illinois treated me and my family during some of the most difficult times in our lives. Losing a loved one is difficult, but having someone like Stephanie guide you with a gentle hand and taking care of all the details is a gift. During Covid when my Dad died and again last month when my brother passed Cremation Society staff ensured that our loved ones were laid to rest with dignity and love. They are a top-notch service and I highly recommend them and thank them. ?
