I also had the same experience as the other individual who got a no-show from them. They scheduled my appointment between 8am and 11am. No one ever showed up, so I called them back around 1:30. They said they would call the technician and he would reach out to me. By 5:30, when I still hadn't heard from anyone, I called and requested my $60 back, which is what they charge just to come out and provide a quote to you. The guy said he would refund me my money, with no attempt to correct their inability to show up or to make things right. Won't be calling them again for anything I need done.

I tried to use this company for a drywall repair and paint job, but they were a complete no-show for 3 days in a row. The first time I called, they scheduled an appointment and gave me a 3hr time period they’d arrive. They didn’t show up. I called, and they rescheduled me for the next day. That happened for 3 days in a row. On the last day, I finally gave up and didn’t call them to reschedule. I never heard back. I partly wondered if the entire business is a scam because I talked to probably 6 people along the way (from customer service reps to technicians) that seemed to be totally disconnected from one another.

Cardinal Drywall And Painting Services did a great job completing the painting and repairing dry wall issues. Also, staff was very courteous in keeping house clean, removing their shoes while being in our home. They accommodated last minute requests. Owner is extremely flexible and we would utilize their services again!
